Object Depreciation Calculator	MFC42 C++
	If you create objects for your Sims game, SOD Calc can help by automatically determining the depreciation values based on the object type. SOD Calc follows the formulas used by Maxis for the original Sims objects. It also suggests "Room Rating" values for decorative objects.
